Currently, Vietnam does not have a factory that can produce seamless steel pipes of all kinds. Importing steel pipes is still the optimal solution at present.
Alloy steel pipes of all kinds
Add metals with different properties to increase the bearing capacity and toughness of steel pipes. Precious metals are not precious because they are more difficult to mine. Processing is also more difficult and more polluting.
For example, the properties of zinc (Zn: 30) alloy steel can be rolled thinly without fear of cracking, along with high heat resistance.
Often used in manufacturing large-sized steel pipes. Or steel pipes that are lighter than seamless steel pipes, collectively called welded.
Welded steel pipe is the common name to distinguish it from seamless steel pipe. Based on the method of manufacturing steel pipes from thinly rolled steel sheets, rounded and welded.

The zinc coating increases rust resistance after long periods of use.

In addition to zinc coating or galvanizing, there are other methods, such as applying oil inside the pipe so that oxygen and iron do not meet.
Of course, this only applies to projects that do not require high aesthetics.
