Hoa Phat is one of the largest steel manufacturers in Vietnam. However, Hoa Phat seamless steel pipes are not currently produced.
There are a number of reasons why Hoa Phat does not produce seamless steel pipes:
➡️First, the technology for producing seamless steel pipes is relatively complex. Requires modern technology transfer lines and very expensive investment costs. Therefore, until now, Vietnam has not had any factories that can produce seamless steel pipes.
➡️ Second, the seamless steel pipe market in Vietnam is still small and not yet strongly developed.
➡️Third, Hoa Phat is currently focusing on producing other steel products.

What types of Hoa Phat steel pipes are included?

So what are the popular types of steel that Hoa Phat has:
Welded black steel pipe
Hoa Phat black steel pipes are manufactured using thin-rolled steel billets, which are steel pipes whose surface is not coated with paint, polish, or plating. Normally, this type of pipe will have a black or dark blue color from the iron oxide layer created during the hot steel billet rolling process.
Applications of Hoa Phat black steel pipes:

Rectangular steel is a type of steel that has a rectangular shape with uneven sides. Manufactured from rolled steel sheets cut into rectangular pieces and then put into a press to compress and shape into rectangular tubes.
Rectangular steel also has good mechanical properties and high durability and is used in construction, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, and other applications.
