Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

Installation

For N5 & N6 (swing type):
- Follow the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body.
- When mounted horizontally, the inspection cap must face upward; otherwise, the valve won’t function correctly.
- For vertical installation, the flow must go from bottom to top.
For R60 (spring-loaded type):
- It can be installed in any orientation (horizontal, vertical, or inclined) as long as the flow direction is correct.
- Ideal for systems with limited space or complex layouts.

Maintenance

Inspect periodically based on system conditions.
N5 & N6: If leakage occurs, remove the inspection cap to clean the disc and seal. Use compressed air or mechanical cleaning to remove debris.
