XINGYU VIET NAM Safety Protection Technology Project

The XINGYU VIETNAM Safety Protection Technology Project, invested by Xingyu Group (Singapore) with a total capital of nearly USD 84.5 million, has officially broken ground at Bao Minh Expanded Industrial Park, Nam Dinh Province.

Introduction to the XINGYU VIETNAM Safety Protection Technology Project

The XINGYU VIETNAM Safety Protection Technology Project is a large-scale Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) project developed by Xingyu Group (Singapore). Construction officially commenced at Bao Minh Expanded Industrial Park, Vu Ban District, Nam Dinh Province.

With a total investment of nearly USD 84.5 million, the project covers an area of over 103,500 m². The factory is designed to produce:

• 300 million pairs of protective work gloves per year

• 10 million pairs of medical gloves per year

Once operational by December 2025, the plant is expected to play a vital role in the global and domestic supply chains of high-quality safety protection products.

This project marks a significant milestone in attracting FDI to Nam Dinh Province and contributes to advancing Vietnam’s labor safety equipment manufacturing industry toward modernization and international standards.

Upon completion, the factory is expected to create thousands of jobs while strengthening the supply of high-quality protective products for both domestic consumption and export markets, supporting sustainable regional economic growth

Materials Supplied by Bao Tin Steel

As a trusted supplier selected by the investor, Bao Tin Steel provided a comprehensive range of high-quality construction materials, primarily imported galvanized steel pipes, along with essential piping accessories, including elbows, tees, reducers, and related components.

More than 17,900 meters of galvanized steel pipes in various specifications were delivered to the project site, including:

In June 2025, Bao Tin Steel completed the delivery of all materials to the construction site. Despite a tight schedule, every stage—from quality inspection and loading to transportation and unloading—was carefully managed and strictly controlled.

As a result, the materials were highly appreciated by the investor for both quality and aesthetic appearance, ensuring full compliance with project requirements.

Challenges Faced by Bao Tin Steel

Supplying materials for a project of this scale posed several challenges, including:

• Large Material Volume: The project required a massive quantity of steel pipes, fittings, and industrial components within a limited timeframe, demanding strong inventory capacity and effective warehouse management.
• Tight Construction Schedule: Strict delivery deadlines had to be met to avoid delays to on-site construction activities.
• High Technical Standards: All products were required to meet stringent quality standards, be accompanied by full CO–CQ documentation, and pass on-site inspections.
• Logistics and Coordination Pressure: Transportation and delivery within fixed time windows required close coordination among logistics, warehouse, and sales teams.
