Design & Appearance

The surface is often polished or satin-finished, ensuring a clean look and easy maintenance.

The round body comes with symmetrically arranged bolt holes, reflecting balanced engineering. Basic specifications such as material grade (e.g., “CF8” for stainless steel 304, “CF8M” for stainless steel 316), size (DN65), and pressure rating are typically embossed on the lower body.

The disc is flat and circular, fitting neatly within the valve seat. It has a smooth, polished surface that matches the body. The stainless steel stem runs through the disc, extending upward to connect with the operating mechanism.

The lever handle is equipped with a spring latch and a notched locking plate, allowing secure positioning. To adjust the valve, the operator presses the latch, rotates the handle to the desired position (open, closed, or throttling), and releases it to lock the disc in place.
