The production process of black steel pipe NIPPON STEEL

Stage 1: Slit the rolled steel into strips and weld the steel strips together.

Stage 3: The ribbon is brought to the BDR and FPR axis systems to form a circle with a predetermined diameter.

Stage 4: The pipe, after forming, is moved through a high-frequency welding machine to weld the two edges of the pipe together, and then the welds are ground flat.

Stage 5: Cut the pipe into equal lengths of 6 meters, 12 meters, or according to the requirements of the shipment.
