Win Lock 2B Industrial Development Project is a large-scale factory and warehouse construction project for lease, invested in by BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (BW Industrial). BW Industrial is a strategic joint venture between Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm, and Becamex IDC, one of Vietnam’s top industrial and infrastructure development corporations.

• Location: Lot C2, Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province.
  >This location offers significant transportation advantages as it is situated near key arterial routes such as National Highway 1A and the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway, providing excellent accessibility for goods transportation and distribution.

  Scale: The project has a total construction floor area of over 120,000 square meters.

• Design: The project features two-story factory buildings with a clear ceiling height of approximately 9 meters and an impressive floor loading capacity of up to 2 tons per square meter. This design is well-suited for a wide range of manufacturing and logistics industries.
• Timeline:The project commenced construction in September 2024 and is expected to be completed and handed over to clients by December 2025.

Win Lock 2B and the related project Win Lock 2A

In addition to the Win Lock 2B project, BW Industrial is also developing another project within Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park — the Win Lock 2A Industrial Development Project.
This project is slightly smaller in scale, with a total construction area of 101,892 square meters. It is located at Lot A1, VL3 Road. Construction of Win Lock 2A began in November 2023, with Newtecons serving as the main contractor.

The presence of both Win Lock 2A and 2B reflects BW Industrial’s strong and long-term investment strategy in Long An Province, which is considered one of the key industrial hubs in southern Vietnam.
