Stainless steel globe valve connect flange TC432/433/435/436 is a type of device used to open and close, regulate the flow of fluid in the pipeline system. Due to its close resemblance to a sphere, the valve is called a globe valve.

Inside the valve body there is a baffle that divides the valve into two separate parts. The lower half where the fluid enters and the upper half where the fluid passes. The baffle has a round hole so that the fluid entering from the lower half is directed to the upper half of the valve.

Valves are manufactured according to the standards of ASTM, JIS, BS… The outstanding feature of this valve is the adjustable handwheel to increase or decrease the flow pressure when opening and closing.

Made of good corrosion-resistant stainless steel, so it is often used in systems with alkaline or acidic fluids, or systems that need to ensure safety, hygiene, and heat. Valves are available in two types, threaded and flanged. Threaded globe valve for small pipes DN15-DN50. Flanged globe valves are used for large to very large pipelines from DN50 and above.


The stainless steel globe valve is composed of the following main parts:

+ Valve body:

The part is made of stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 to be able to withstand force and heat. This is the part that contains all the details of the valve and is the main pressure point of the flow.

+ Valve cap:

The part that is connected to the valve body above the threaded or bolted passage. The valve cap is a very important part, it prevents backflow and increases the stability of the valve. Usually the valve cap is made from the same material as the valve body.

+ Valve disc: 

Is a part that directly opens and closes the valve, connected to the valve shaft. When the handwheel moves, it will create a lifting state in the opening and closing of the valve door to regulate the flow. + Valve shaft: 

Is a metal rod  used to connect the valve disc and handwheel. The valve shaft is sealed with a sealing gasket that prevents liquid from leaking to the outside. The valve shaft is made from SUS304, SUS316 with high strength and durability.

+ Sealing gasket: 

Gaskets are used to seal parts of globe valves and prevent liquid from leaking out. Gaskets are usually made from PTEF soft materials that can withstand high temperatures and high pressures.
