The manufacturing process of DN250. welded steel pipe

The hot rolled steel coil is carefully checked to ensure that it meets the technical requirements for black steel pipe production, then it is imported and brought to the factory.

Carry out band sawing with a width equivalent to the circumference of the finished steel pipe. Each end of the slitting steel coil is welded together to form a long steel strip before going into the steel pipe bending process.

The steel strip is put into the assembly, the storage unit to straighten the steel plate, chamfer the 2 sides of the steel plate, and clean. The steel plate achieves uniformity in size, quality, and beautiful surface before being shaped into a black steel tube.

Next is the Shaping process. The steel tape is rolled into a cylinder and welded along the length of the tube to shape the black steel pipe.

Using screw coil technology and high-frequency welding gives the pipe high rigidity and good bearing capacity. The longitudinal weld on the steel pipe body is solid. This is the most technically demanding step in the black steel pipe production process.

The process of cutting the weld seam to strengthen and smooth the weld is flat compared to the surface, avoiding scratches and affecting the use process. At the same time, both the inside and outside of the black steel pipe are covered by hot zinc spraying equipment on the weld to prevent rust and ensure the uniformity of the surface on the pipe body.

Black steel pipe is precisely calibrated outside diameter to specifications. Cut the aperture and straighten it to synchronize the length and shape when checked for quality.
